API connect error

Hello,
I am trying to connect via API using the example code (https://www.dukascopy.com/wiki/#IClient_functionality).
But I always get " ClientConnector - Authorization timeout". Tested it on demo and live account. I registered my IP address on both accounts and login without pin on jForex GUI works, so the IP seems to be registered correctly.

I appreciate any help very much!

Hello.

It looks like platform looses connection in the process of authorization.
There can be several reasons for that.
Slow internet connection. Authorization can be stopped by time out.
Restriction on proxy server or fire-wall. Please check if ports 10443 and 443 are open.
Also following procedures are recommended as prophylaxis.
Update Java. Control Panel - Java - Update tab.
Clear Java cache. Control Panel - Java - General - View... - Delete files associated with JForex.
