Hello,
I followed the installation and netbeans maven on a windows 7 Pro, as indicated on the link:

But I have an error message that appears, could you help me?

Try to add next options to mvn command (NetBeans -> Tools -> Options -> Java -> Maven -> Global Execution Options):
-Dmaven.wagon.http.ssl.insecure=true -Dmaven.wagon.http.ssl.allowall=true
