JStore Strategy Permission Stuck at “Waits Acceptance”

I have a strategy that I wish to allow its use from the remote server and local machine. I attached the first remote permission which was accepted in a couple of hours. The second is stuck at “Waits Acceptance” for over 36 hours.

I honestly don’t know how to proceed from here; do I delete and create a new one?

The strategy is now approved and must be available.
