Getting last market open time and next market close time

Given a long t representing the a historical date-time, how do I use the API to get the time of market open preceding t?

And how can I get the time of market close following t?

From SDK they can be obtained with these methods:
context.getDataService().getOfflineTimeDomain()
context.getDataService().getOfflineTimeDomain(int shift)


We do not provide trading hours for particular instrument.

Thank you. Do these methods (getOfflineTimeDomain(long from, long to), isOfflineTime(long t) etc.) block while consulting the server or does the API calculate the result on the local machine and return quickly?

getOfflineTimeDomain is calculated locally without using server.
