Is IEngine and/or IContext Thread Safe?

If no, can someone list the methods in them that are Thread-Safe?

IEngine, IContext and other API methods can only be called in 2 ways:
1) from IStrategy methods
2) using IContext.executeTask
In this context all API methods are thread safe.
