May I ask what it means by

Message: com.dukascopy.charts.data.datacache.DataCacheException: java.io.IOException: 拒绝访问。 @ jforex.myStrategy.onTick(myStrategy.java:85)?

How can I solve the problem?

Please provide the strategy code that creates the exception.
