If you have the strategy source code you, then you can intercept the log messages by doing all the logging from certain strategy methods or alternativley by using a custom IConsole implementation.

Unfortunately the source of the strategy is mq4..
is it possible to retrieve information on the tab?

In that case - no. But you could change the mq4 source code where you could do some logging to the file.
