Dear Support,
This is a frustrating issue as is NOT consistently happening! I am getting last 500 renko bars in my strategy On Start. The API get history for all requested pairs many time in historical testing and live mode. But there are times that one pair fails to get any history without any exception or error!

If this is a know issue and is a way around it please give me the guidance, if not and you need my code sample of the strategy I will be able to make a subset of strategy to display this problem.

Do you receive any messages in Java console?
