I have sometimes reported intermittent (i.e. sporadically/rarely occurring) bugs and then taken pains (over the course of months) to collect as much information about them as I can, only to be told "We could not reproduce this issue". Then I usually find that the topic has been moved to "fixed bugs", to be neglected and forgotten.

I would like to request that Dukascopy adds a "disputed bugs" sub-forum for such purposes, as that is a more accurate reflection of the status of those bugs.
