is there such an api complete this function?

engine.getorders only returns IOrder object one by one

Maybe you can use getOrdersHistory(), and then filter on not closed orders? You can use it for orders of the past, but I am not sure if it contains not closed orders.

There is not one designated function for such purpose, as it is rather convenient to retrieve the list by using Java API. Consider adjusting the following example for your own purposes:
