stoploss problem

Dear support,
I created attached strategy by Lorenc Software Strtegy Developer.
When I backtested it by historical tester it ran ok.
By local run it ever stopped when it was signal for long or short trade and appear to this message:


2013-01-04 11:45:00 com.dukascopy.api.JFException: Stop loss orders are not allowed on global accounts @ jforex.CCItrader.onBar(CCItrader.java:135)

Why please?

It seems your strategy does not support a global account. To run it, you have to change your account to a regular one (i.e. supporting a hedge mode).

Please resort to your strategy developer in case of strategy errors.

How can I change global account to a regular one please?

Now I tried different attached strategy on regular account-allowed hedging .Now the strategy opened a postion and immediately after opening position with SL and TP the strategy stopped and appears to me this messages:

Why stopped ever after opening position please?
