Code is written in more java files plus there are also solution that were imported into project (jar files - for sending sms, for alerts etc.). Solution works perfectly if runned inside Eclips...

The question is what has to be done to run entire project on dukas demo account? Main java file and sub files used in main file.. Is solution JAR file?

Yes, import the project with dependencies to a jar file and then run it either from console or make a .bat file which runs it.
