if i add only GBPJPY to subscribed instruments the tester test in GBPJPY and USDJPY.

What is the problem?

This is because the API engine needs to calculate account-related amounts in account currency (which presumably is USD in your case).

We made further investigation on the matter. The subscription happens for proper calculation of IOrder.getProfitLossInUSD. For filtering undesired ticks and bars, see:
