Hi,

I wonder if it is possible to start chart window from Standalone API? By chart window I mean the windows with charts when you run standard JForex platform (please have a look at the attachment).

TIA and best regards,
kurak

Maybe I should be more precise. I know I can open/create single chart from standalone API, the question is it possible to create a container of charts with all the buttons to create lines, zooming, selecting timeframe, currency pair to display etc. If yes could you please give me hint which class should I use.

Kind regards,
kurak

Hi again,

I've just had a look at the examples and I think it is not what I am looking for. I don't want to use charts for back testing.

I have developed an external client app for manual trading based on Dukascopy Standalone API. Now, the client app needs charts. I would like to use charts available in JForex desktop platform. Ideally I wish there was a method which opens chart container available in JForex desktop, by chart container I mean the window from the screenshot from the first post. I don't want to create toolbar, charts etc. manually, while it is already available in API library.

Is it possible to access the window somehow?

Thank in advance and kind regards,
Kurak

In the current implementation of Standalone, charts are available only for back-testing.
