Is it possible to set the balance amount of a simulation account before starting a strategy (via the API)? I would like the balance to be set every time I run a session.

That is in the ITesterClient interface which is not what I am after. I am talking about the IClient interface which connects live to my DEMO account. This account started with $500,000 which doesn't allow me to test different lot size values for orders based on the current account size and a particular risk factor. Whenever I start a new live test using my demo account I would like the account balance to be reset to a particular value.

You can select your account balance only on account creation. Afterwards, in orders to change it, you have to contact Dukascopy support. Thus, a more viable way would be to switch between multiple DEMO accounts of different account balances.
