Please can someone assist me. I'm loading my first strategy for the competition, I compile it with no errors, I run it on the platform locally and Remotely, however I login to the website to see and it says "not running". On the site I click the test button and it says "executed". I click restart and nothing, it just says not running. I go back to platform and it IS running!
I've checked the logs and nothing, I have checked messages and nothing. Now I'm obviously missing something, please can support or one of you fellow traders please assist.

It seems you are using some JForex API new functionality.
Remote server on DEMO supports JForex API 2.6.33.2 only. It will be updated to the latest JForex API engine soon.

So which solution shall I follow? I don't have that API version, i downloaded one your website, can you send me the older one to reference? OR do I run it locally on the platform, however it might stop then start a few time as PC not on all the time during the month which will break rules?

Currently, please run the strategy locally. It will be available to run your strategy remotely next week.
