I have a simple question which begs an answer.

I converted a very simple trading strategy from MT4-MQL4 - MQ4 > Java format and then compiled that into the closed source language Jforex platform uses. When running the JavaBot there were no errors at all but no trading takes place, I tested on 1 year of data on EURUSD. No trades at all, no errors, why is it, what may be causing this problem?

The Expert Advisor that was converted in question was "Moving Average" which comes as standard installation with any MT4. So if you want more ways to troubleshoot this to help resolve this for me you may follow the same steps as I have done. I am using the demo version of Jforex, if that helps.

I need to know why strategies in MQ4 are not correctly functioning in Jforex when converted even though no errors exist. I am not a Java programmer so please do not use terms which are too technical unless you also offer a simple explanation alongside, thank you, of course technical explanation will also be useful for me to consult with a programmer, but I also need to understand the logic first.

Without strategy source code it is impossible to detect the cause of the problem.
