I thought the platform only supported 0.5 pip multiples but i occasionally get a decimalised fill on a BID and/or OFFER (e.g. 1.4139 EUR/USD) (jforex demo platform)
What are the rules for proces/hitting proces, placing bid/offers etc with respect to half pip and fractional pricing?

Dear Sir,
The quotes of a great deal of different counterparties are pooled to create the decentralized marketplace. Each of these counterparties has its own set of procedures. Among others, the fractional pricing is applied by some liquidity providers. We allow executions with fractional prices when the counterparty allows for it, but quoting fractional orders into the marketplace would decrease the likelihood of execution, on average, because not all counterparties allow for fractional execution. The tendency noticed on the market however, is a generalization of the fractional pricing and it might be possible that giving orders this way be possible in the near future.
Should you have any other questions, or need any clarification further, please feel free to reply.
Best.
David
