Testing in live mode

Is it possible to test a strategy in live mode (= without real profit/loss but based on current market prices)? If yes, how to do it?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I want to do it by using JForex API. Should I use IClient instead of ITesterClient? Is ITesterClient only for historical back test?
