Is it possible to open few orders simultaneously? For example, add two orders to specific buffer/queue and send it to server for execution.

IEngine.submitOrder just sends a request to server, which means:
1) You don't have to wait for the order to get created to call IEngine.submitOrder once again (i.e. create another order).
2) If you call order1 = IEngine.submitOrder(...) and subsequently order2 = IEngine.submitOrder(...), it just might as well be that order2 opens earlier than order1 (depending on market and order conditions).
Thus submitting multiple orders after one another from the execution standpoint is just about as good as if they were submitted in a buffer.
