time about tich.getTime()

long current_time = tick.getTime();

when we use the above in the automatic strategy, what time we get, GMT or different time depending on the local computer time zone and time setting?

if the time we get is GMT, does that means the tick.getTime() give us the time from the DU server, is that correct?
