Hi, I am trying to understand the indicator lifecycle. It also appears to differ between the JForex Platform and standalone API and also between build-in and custom indicators.

Specifically:
- When is an indicator instance created?
- Are they singletons or are multiple instances created when you have more than one but with different parameters in your strategy?
- When is the onStart method called?
- When are the other methods called?
- What is the threading model. i.e. will indicators always be called on one thread?

Thank you,

R
