Historical data missing since last 31.12.YYYY

On the image is shown the problem with the historical tester.
There is no data between 31.12.2009 and 01.02.2010.

The only workaround is to select a custom Historical Data period
starting from 01.01.YYYY. This way, there are no data breaks
since the previous 31.12.

The problem appears on every chart. Any ideas?

Please delete the historical cache data.

Thank you for the suggestion. I deleted manually the cache (..\Local Settings\JForex\.cache), tried deleting
the cache from Preferences > Advanced, even changed the cache folder - no effect. Same problem appears.

Also, when do I need to use the Get Data/Save Data in the Historical Tester? Do I have to download any
data prior to running a backtest?

Get Data/Save Data in the Historical Tester is intended to get or save historical data without running a strategy. Also you can get data before running the strategy to save the data to the local cache.
