Chart not loading

I switched the chart from Bid to Ask.
After 20 minutes the chart still did not loaded the Ask side. It keeps 'loading' but the bars are not shown.

Since long time I have the same problem, just waiting long to load or restart and waiting again.

The problem is being issued because of overload of the Historical servers.
We are already working on this problem.
