What are those cache files in /users/*/AppData/Local/Temp (windows 7) that are produced during a JForex session and why they are there? Java is instructed to not to retain temporary files and JForex is also instructed to delete cache files; still those files are being created and accumulate over time. And there is no adverse effect if being deleted manually.

JForex creates during a session: C:\Users\USER_NAME\Local Settings\JForex\.cache - a historical data cache C:\Users\USER_NAME\Local Settings\JForex\.settings - a user profile
It seems other temp files are being created by your operating system. In any case, it is not a pretty good idea to delete system temporary files. Let the system manage itself.
