Error attempting to launch web browser - Failed to show URI:

I am not able to view any reports. This is the error I am getting:

I have firefox4 and opera11 installed.

Fixed this problem by installing gconf-editor and modifying the /desktop/gnome/url-handlers/http(s) to my browser (/usr/bin/firefox).

Excuse!

I have the same problem. Can you please elaborate on your solution? If possible the steps because I have not used gconf-editor and this would be my first time.

By the way, I am running Debian Lenny with Iceweasel web browser only.

buyandhold;

I already fix my problem by going to the system preferences in my gnome destkop and set iceweasel as the browser. In the end, there was no need to install gconf-editor.
