Do JForex platform an Dukascopy servers allow me to enter orders Exactly at the same time?
For example, the MQL4 function OrderSend() send the order to the broker's server, and the EA waits until it receives the order confirmation from the server. This is no good for me. I'd like to send, for example, 4 different orders exactly at the same time ( not waiting for broker's order confirmation ) on 4 different pairs

Yes, it does. JForex uses asynchronous order sending. You can send as much orders as you want.
There is no blocking.
