Is it possible to make an alert when the market touchs a self drawed line?

What kind of line do you mean?
A horizontal line? A vertical line? A trend line?

Hi,
You can get the chart object price by specified index. To get the horizontal line object price use index 0:
chart.get("hLine").getPrice(0)


When you get the chart object price, you will be able to create an alert after market price matches chart object price.
