hello
I am having trouble setting up horizontal price levels on the jforex platform
When i select the price marker tool i want to be able to type in the exact value for the parameters for the price level, but it seems i can only drag the price marker up and down
For example, i am trying to set a price marker at price level 1.4000, but i can only drag it to 1.40025 or 1.39978, im also using the up down arrow keys to try and position it.

Please change grid presentation to Pip grid in Tools\Preferences\Chart

pip grid is selected and the value 1 for grid size (pip)
but i can still only more the price markers up and down in 4 -5 pip values
i want to be able to move the price markers up and down in 1 pip values, is this possible?

Hello,
yes it's possible, but only then when all data has been received and scale are set correctly. You just need to make it more detailed by dragging it up and down (see attached picture).
