Hi,
I am developing my own software system for forex trading using servlet& Jsp and I need to get intraday (only forex) quotes and display in my jsp page. Is it possible to bring those values(live/delayed) to my system for free of cost by using JForex API?. And can i get the correspoding charts for that?

Yes, it is possible.
In any case you will need to have an account in Dukascopy.
