There is no such thing. Only API we have is JForex-API.

is it possible to add such a chart as in Dukascopy trader contest to html pages indicating the open position and which javascript file is responsible?

You can get a screen-shot of a chart the following way:
https://www.dukascopy.com/wiki/#Chart_Operations/Save_as_image
What you do with the picture afterwards is up to you.

I'm not talking now about the API only HTML page and javascript
