I can not agree with the fact that those who scored 400-500 thousand profit less popular
and they have less points for popularity than people from the top of the table.

Sorry to say but it doesn't matter whether you agree or not. Just because you don't agree, doesn't mean these people are necessarily "cheating". It is very unfair of you to accuse others of cheating without cogent arguments or testable evidence. Popularity points are based on views, likes & comments which often require efforts on the part of the participants to interact with & develop a rapport with fellow participants, & many people are unable or unwilling to devote time for this, especially many of those scoring tons of points elsewhere mayn't feel the need to scrap around for a few popularity points.

I didn't perform well last month (76,000) but I still scored 8 popularity-points, this month I'm doing ok so far (209,000) & have 18 points; it doesn't mean I was "cheating" last month & this month I'm not!

Exactly how do YOU define "cheating"?
