Hi support,
When i logged in today, there's a message comes on says " Connecting to Dukascopy Bank Platform..." i kept waiting for long time and the platform never launched up, with the knowledge that the cache is emptied.

I get the same, cannot load the demo client on any of my PC's, just get the connecting to dukascopy bank platform and then it seems to hang or just loop with the green bar.
Was working fine yesterday??

It is a tutorial article on how to create a shortcut of the platform.
