market order no execution

Hi

I have problem with my order. I made market order on AUDJPY today and it was not executed. I allow slip 10 pips . I still see this order in my platform like pending. on my board U can see +21 points. but I cant close this trade. what can I do now?

is it any possibility erase my Audjpy order from my platform. is bit strange to see my order in minus 75 points now, without execution , after 5 days. i missing one slot
