Hello, I logged into the plattform 1 hour before the august trader contest begins, and i got a message saying that my account was locked, and logged out. But then i entered without any problem and placed 3 orders but i don't see my trades in the trading blog. could you help me please. thank you in advance.

Hello all

I have got a problem - I cannot open "preferences" menu from main application menu on left on top on page.
(If I click, even 20times click, on the flipping “preferences” nothing happens and also neither helps turning pc off and on again)

It happened last and this week when I open my saved workspace from June 2012 which is result of my past year fine tuning of charts and candles colours and other settings.
in preferences I also pre-set basic trading amount on 10 thousand (because I trade multiples of 10 000 on my real account) – is this the problem? because now everytime when I want to open a trade Jforex application bothers me with error window that maximum (?not minimum?) amount in contest is set on 100 000??
If I open demo workspace pre-set from august contest, preferences can be opened, but because I cannot open the old workspace I even dont know what I have changed and how, because I cannot get on it.

please write me how can I solve it.
tonight I can send printscreens of error windows if anybody would need to see them,

Java is VM and universal.But why so many bugs have Jforex? Can't explain.

I really can't login into my fxcomm to view my PM and feeds,

every time I have logged in and it will automatically logout for me

How can I solve this problem ? ?

javaws.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

why i cannot open jpforex platform?
I've tried to reinstall it, still cannot
What there is a suggestion?

Hi guys, just want to share my solution to my problem,

now my page working properly after i have change my dns server setting

the google dns server will keep on resetting, and it will always log me out.

Hope it will help

Hello everybody

I had very serious problems with fastness of Java platform today. Whenever I svitched on any timeframe lower than 5 min.timeframe, the whole platform stopped working – I cannot move with mousepoint, I cannot enter or exit a trade, simply anything, I could only wait 20 sec. or even more for „one step“
but if i switched on 5 min or higher timeframe everything was OK and fast.
but why??? I wanted to trade on H1 chart however I waited and watched M1 chart to find good enterpoint for my trade but I lost 3 possibilities because it was totally frost..... and it was demo only
I wonder how it was on real account- even worse I assume because real accounts are always slower then Demo platforms....
I lost good 3 entries which I planned and once I entered too late and it resulted in 2000 usd lost – if it were my real money I would be vvvveeeerryy upset

how will you these problems?
even my mt4 **** with other broker is faster and worked without problems evn on M1 chart. And there was NO news or something important like this today, just ordinary day. Or were you surprised by traders interest and amount of their orders???

Once again, guys, delete your java cache. If you see similar message, try starting with it. Most common reason for such an error is an updated platform version conflicting with old java cache.

Hi,

i have a problem with Jtrader platform, i really dont know what i should do to fix it.

Every time I log in to the platform, after 5-30minutes of running jtrader my computer crashes - blue screen and computer restarts itself, it really makes me angry coz it crashes very often and sometimes i am really lucky when i am just able to place orders.... it crashes each time i log into the platform and does not matter what programs i have turned on... or what i am doing in the time of running Jtrader

Can you help me please? Is here any way how to prevent Jtrader to shut my computer down?
