in the last few days there has been an increase in the amount of people spamming as by Dukascopys definition - Spam
Sending the unsolicited bulk messages is strictly forbidden. This includes not only the advertising of the products or services of the 3rd parties but also the aggressive promotion of any contestant's profile. This means that any comments such as "Visit my profile" are not tolerable.

and also there are many cases that break this rule

Posting lots of similar comments with any purpose or sending messages is strictly forbidden.

With in his trades you can see - Doctorby, Sannadogar, milani and more.

You would see the same individuals, namely, doctorby violate these rules mentioned earlier. You can visit many people's profiles and see the same people copy and paste the same messages throguhout to get more views or whatever they are doing it for.

Senseless comments
Publication of senseless comments (such as "good day" , "nice trade", "good luck!" ) that are only intended to promote participant's profile (by inflating the commentaries rating) is not tolerated. Such comments will be deleted. In some cases, the violation might result into blocking the user's possibility to post comments.

I saw my nickname mentioned here and I just want to say that I don't have anything to do with spamming......it is not my fault that people are spamming and voting or commenting on my trades.......it has nothing to do with me........

and for the future, when trying to pinpoint somebody, make sure first you know what are you talking about because it is possible to incriminate innocent people.

When writing this I wasn't trying to say it was you. I haven't seen anything against you and was just saying people where doing it to you just as an example for the dukascopy team to see the spamming.

Dukascopy: Is it possible to reduce the popularity points to 5 instead of the current 25?

Every person within the top 25 popularity points spend at least 1 hour every day spamming other people with "Good luck", "Nice trade", etc. And creating fake accounts to self comment.

For example, i just took a look at vietfx (current leader). He has lots of comments like (pasted below):

PhiuVietfx: GLU +1! (repeated in tens of trades all at the same second)
Richi: gluck! +1 (also repeated in tens of trades all at the same second)

Lets stop rewarding unfair behavior instead of knowledge of the currency market.

Popularity points do not need to be reduced but tuning. This is not easy task to do it.
If reduced, that will kill community in some way, but make it more clear, if you know what i mean.
