it is simply a BRILLIANT IDEA!
with comemnting slowed down that much, it will be much more difficult for the spammers, to enjoy their work!
spamming, circle- and echo-commenting now needs much more time!

its clearly a server bug.
But somebody gave a good idea 2 or 3 days ago.
put the popularity in the dukascopy expert points like 100% stuff
for example if you 62 in popularity,you have 62% and this will be include in statistics dukas points 50 points .
the popularity column dissapear and we have only 250 points but the popularity can help for dukas points like 15%.
ps:its not a good idea because its a punishement for everybody

Concerning the slowing down of commenting:
This is indeed a bug that appeared in the system today. It is currently being fixed. Apologies for the inconveniences this might have brought.
