Th prise touched the Level of my Take Profit, but the order has Not been closed

Please refer to your message log. You will see that there were 11 rejected consecutive attempts to close the 3 mio position by TP. Those attempts were undertaken during 8 seconds when the EUR/USD price was corresponding to the conditions of the TP after a sharp and short soar.

I too had this problem, it just didn't close when my t/p was hit I've checked my messages and there's no attempt to close the trade even though it went 4 pips over my t/p, its like it just ignored it, can some one help?

with reference my previous message, ive had a look at the chart and it was passed my t/p for at least 40 seconds so this isnt a spike and the messages advise no attempt was made to close the trade
