Stoploss problem

I set stoploss 21 pips. But it hits stoploss with 27 pips

In the situation you refer to slippage is normal. That was a sharp market movement (news?). SL is an order with guaranteed execution, but this guarantee is provided at the expense of execution price stability. During rapid market sours or plummets SL orders may be executed with slippage.

my platform doesn't let me move SL ever ! even if I have 20 and more pips +, still got the message " SL must be at least 10 pips from market price " ?????
help please

Please make sure you are using the latest platform version (2.13.17)
