I also have the same problem. A few of them have the same problem. Very disappointing to be honest. I was hoping for some trades on market open but I'm unable to do so.

I have the same problem.Anybody from Dukascopy is awake ?It is not the first time and it is TERrIBLY ANNOYING to begin the month with no trading possibilities!!!Please take action and advise!
