problem with downloading java platform

Hi,

i have today unsuspected restart of my PC and after that i could'nt start Java platfrom because of some error, i tryied to download it again from website but there is some error during process, and it downloads only part of file, with '.jnp.part' ending and it won't work. So what i should do?

You shoud not download it but open it :) directly Don't save it as file choose the first option where it is Open...

And it shoud start.

There is some issue with jnlp when used in chrome. But when I switch to firefox it starts to work as expected.

Please check your Java application and the local software on the computer. Try to clean the cache of the browser and Java. Or completely reinstall Java.
The problem you are referring does not seem to be platform-related.

Hello,
I see a different chart of the 5 minutes with 10m, including (15m,30m,1H,4H) at EUR/GBP pair.The highest price on the chart 15m,30m,1H is 0.88398.but I saw the price of 0.88435 in the chart 5m.
I do not see prices 0.88435 in the above chart 10m,
why like that?

It seems that your computer is configured to download the latest jre automatically.
This sort of delay - out of sync charts, may be experienced immediately after an update, when the system is initializing.

Question for dukascopy - Are Live Accounts also affected similarly ? Can they run without the new jre ?

I couldn't log into the demo (for a few hours) without the latest (jre) update. A new method - sun.security.rsa.RSAPadding.pad was missing, so to were the profits from my EUR/GBP trade - about 24 pips.

Please can I have my pips back ? :)
