Dear Support,
My opened GBP/CHF position and it's comment is missing from my Contestant page. Another issue is my trader statistics don't refresh. Could you help me?

Kirilla Your trade was made on February, 28th as trading accounts were activated 2 hour prior to the beginning of March, 1st. However, on the website only the trades made in March are reflected. In any case, the position not reflected in the trading blog will be counted (already is) in your statistics and performance.

Kirilla That is not a problem. It's simply a minor technical feature. In future we will try to solve it in order to liquidate the grounds for possible confusion.

Kirilla Statistics are updated every hour. Although today a temporary interruption of updates was observed, it is already restored now.
