limit to the number of time,contest registration.

:?: Please elaborate ,if there is a limit to number of times, each participant can enter the contest. If not ,is joining the contest in the middle of the current month is possible. thanks

Please note that multiple registrations (for the same month) are not allowed. For each month, registration is available until the 25th of the respective month.
