Whay can't use the Android platform using my Trader Contest Demo account? I can login and use Quotes and charts but I can't trade. After I log in a message tell me my account is blocked! |

I tried to log into my LIVE FXDD Dukascopy account and could not succeed. Is there prior registration required for the Android mobile app SWFX Trader, or is it because I am an FXDD U.S. affiliated client? I am able to log into a Dukascopy Demo account with no problem, although that did not require the PIN. I was very careful to enter the login details and PIN from Captcha for the Live account, but not authorized. Samsung Galaxy S3 Android 4.4 HyperScalper |
