Hi support,

When i logged in today, there's a message comes on says " Connecting to Dukascopy Bank Platform..." i kept waiting for long time and the platform never launched up, with the knowledge that the cache is emptied.

I get the same, cannot load the demo client on any of my PC's, just get the connecting to dukascopy bank platform and then it seems to hang or just loop with the green bar.

Was working fine yesterday??

Hello, dear all, let me give a kind of solution for your problem of launching the platform. Once I had the same problem but finally I read an article entitled "Jforex in Just one Click".
