Today i got a message in my platfrom. "Your account has been blocked and all opened positions closed. Please contact Support Desk.
Can u help me with that ? What reason ? Thank you

My platform says account is blocked ,I contacted CS but no reply so far .

Most likely you are using an old account or had a MC. Please check if you use November contest account.
