To: Dukascopy Trader Contest Support
My trader contest platform is showing ZERO Equity since market opened this week. My equity on Friday was USD 141,000/-. Moreover, when I log on to contest platform it states that the account is inactive and I need to contact contest support, which I already did, but have not received any reply yet.
Moreover, I have also noticed that lot of other participants are having same zero equity problem. I would appreciate, if Dukascopy Support resolve this problem on high priority, as only 3 days are left for this months competition and any delay on resolving this problem may jeopardize our chances to achieve success in this months competition.
