Closed position logic error!

Post subject:  Closed position logic error!
My strategy is currently running in strategy contest. In the strategy, i have put a logic for closing open position at 22 HR GMT every day. But It isnt executing the logic. Someone explain me why and how it can be made to execute the command.

It still doesn't execute the closed open position logic at 22 HR.
