My strategy version 2 keep saying "not running"

I just uploaded my strategy version 2 to join this month's strategy contest. But unfortunately the website keep saying "not running" for my strategy version 2. I click "restart" button a few times but still no working.

I have tested the strategy on my visual forex and have nothing wrong with it. And I also run this strategy on my live account without any problem.

Hello,

I think addressing them by email [email protected] might be faster. I am also having programming issues with my strategy this month so I emailed them. Hope they respond soon.
