Hi Support,

My strategy has ceased to open orders, so as "Could not load bar for instrument [EUR/USD]...".
How is this solved?

Strategy Log:
INFO
07.05.2013 16:00:01 Could not load bar for instrument [EUR/USD], period [Hourly], side [Bid], start time [2013.05.07 15:00:00 000], current bar start time [2013.05.07 16:00:00 000]

Hi Egidijus I have this problem AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN .... see viewtopic.php?p=70255#p70255

This is miracle Dukas server Error..... Restart the strategy would eliminate the problem but unfortunately the status is "RUNNING" so there is no restart button!

Unfortunately, the support will NOT HELP ......... all the usual holiday shutdown will help MAYBE-)

hello
i have similar problem.
the strategy shows as "running"
but in reality it is not running at all!!!!!!!!!
today did not open a short in the morning
and now did not open a long 20 pips ago.
sent email to support.
for my strategy which basically opens 1-2 trades x day this could become a huge problem!!! :evil: :evil:

ok i have a question.
i have a problem about strategy not opening positions:
why should i receive a message asking "please provide position id and trade id ... etc..."

i suspect there is something i'm not understanding very well :shock: :? :o :shock:

Actually support sent me reply and they solved the problem!
There were some issues last week.
